I'm well-versed in legal matters and I can confirm that Otto did NOT rape Anna. Mind transference isn't real, but rape by fraud is, and this isn't it. Anna didn't know Peter, and his identity didn't play a role in her decision to sleep with him, so it's not rape. (If he'd slept with MJ, it would be.) If a man pretending to be John Smith has sex with John Smith's girlfriend, that's rape, but if a man pretending to be John Smith has sex with a random woman who doesn't know John Smith, it's not.

You’re applying current legal standards to an impossible situation, so the conclusion is hardly cut and dried. That’s like saying space aliens would be judged by the same barometer as illegal immigrants. The fraud in this case is impossible to discover. DNA research, scent, fingerprints, etc. all would’ve turned up no evidence to the contrary and Peter Parker is an established scientist with an impeccable record so it’s impossible to say his identity didn’t play a part in their sleeping together. If they’d met and had a one night stand, maybe, but his identity is very important once they established a relationship.
